Sound
This download file goes to my first ever use of Adobe Audition. In this recording i'm being interviewed about why I chose media.
Sound
Underneath is what a reverberant room would look like. The room is designed to create noise that would bounce and repeat. As you can see the room is very hollow and has not much in it so that makes sounds sound more clear

Underneath here is a example of a non-reverberant room. The room is very small and has a lot of things in them so that would mean that the noise wouldn't repeat and we would get the noise straight with no reverb

Capturing a good recording

Above this is an example of a microphone. Microphone's are what people would use to get a nice clear recording of a persons voice or a surrounding. A good way to get a clear recording is to put the mic right up to a persons mouth whilst they talk.

This is a zoom mic. These are the types of mic's that the Bracknell & Wokingham College uses. They are good high quality microphones
Lavaliere Microphone
A lavaliere microphone is a small microphone that can be put on someone and then they can be heard well. It is put on a persons collar or tie and then they can be heard.
It is used for things like interviews or could be used for a adventure tv show like bear grills.
This is what they look like

They are perfect for outdoor recordings because if its windy outside the persons audio can still be picked up
Lavaliere Recordings
We went around our college to record a tour

City Audio
In this task we used Adobe Audition to make an soundscape about a city.
below is a screenshot of my work

I was given audio samples of city noises like rain, a restaurant and the sound of a helicopter. I put the samples into the software and made sure they flowed/ sounded correctly.
I added fade outs to make sure it sounded realistic.
