Casey neistat is one of the leading vloggers in the youtube community. He is is sitting at 12.4 million subscribers and post consistently to a good quality.
In his vlogs he does a wide variety of different content including: ask me anything. Q&A and much more.
Here is one of his Vlogs
In this vlog he gets to use a first class flight and decides to review it. He reviews all things the plane has to offer like the food, seating and even a shower!.
He uses a nice calm song so when he doesn't talk so there is no dead space meaning the viewer wouldn't get bored and click on another video.
Casey uses a Panasonic GH5 camera which has a built in microphone so its handy when recording.
He uses one medium shot camera throughout the whole video which is a shot from the front of his airplane seat.

Miniminter is one of the YouTube channels that does a variety of content including gaming, reaction videos and even vlogs.
He has multiple channels and on his main channel is where all the vlogs are. In his vlogs he usually does something like buying someone a car or surprising someone with a life sized cake of themselves
Its a wide variety of content.
Here's one of his vlogs
In this vlog he shows us what he gets up to in a week. We get a inside of what his life is like and how crazy it can be.
He shows us the crazy things he does and makes sure not to show the things for to long otherwise it would be repetitive and boring.
He uses a bright thumbnail so it would stand out on the timeline and make people want to click it. Having a lot of things in a thumbnail gets the viewers attention quick without them even knowing what the video is.
The title of the video is in all capital letters, that is because it makes it more clear to read and can grab someone's attention easier.
To record his vlogs he uses his phone which can record in 4k, after he does that he would transfer them onto his editor and then the editor would edit the clips together.
There aren't many angles used in this video because it just him recording himself and the things around him. There is a couple close ups in the vlog though.
This is KSI^
KSI is one of the UKs biggest youtubers and sometimes does vlogs. He also makes music now and primarily focuses on that. He is known to be quiet a controversial youtuber.
He currently has 22 million subscribers on YouTube

In this vlog he records his trip to Vegas and some of the things he gets up to.
He keeps talking to make sure that there is no dead space and the video is not boring. He does this because if there is more then 20 seconds of no talking/ music the viewer is likely to get bored of the video and find a different one.
The camera he uses is a Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II to film this vlog. There is no microphone but there would be one built into the camera so he used that.
There aren't many camera shots in this vlog but there is lots of close ups on his face in this vlog.

YouTube Community guidelines:
The YouTube community guidelines are used to keep the website a safer place. These are things like not being racist or homophobic or bullying people online.
YouTube strike system:
The YouTube strike system is a 3 strike policy. A strike can be given if someone violates a community guideline or gets a copyright strike. If a channel gets 3 strikes the Channel in question would be terminated.
Copyright:
Copyright is a thing that company's use to confirm ownership of something they own. If someone was to use this company's piece of work they can give the person who made the video a copyright strike and claim the revenue on the video if said person is monetised.
Content ID:
Content ID is when basically a digital fingerprint that can show ownership/ what's copyright material. This is used to help companies figure out what's owned and what's not.
Making a vlog considerations:
What someone would need to consider when making a vlog would be what video clips/music they use. Its better to use a profitable free stock song that anyone can use. That would make your video fine.
fair use:
fair use is when someone uses something when its necessary to make the video understandable. As long as they give credit and don't claim it as there own then its fair use.
Here is the step by step guide on how to make a profitable YouTube career
1. Make sure to not use copyrighted music and if you do make sure it falls into fair use (a cover or a song, or less then 30 seconds of a song)
2. Be respectful to all genders and ethnicity's and make sure they all feel included in your videos.
3. Don't be stupid. Make sure that you don't do anything that could go against the community guidelines. Do things sensibly and dont disrespect things like culture and respect peoples privacy.

The story for this is that there is a man walking through the countryside and then looks into the sky to see a UFO. after that the man sees the UFO land in front of him then it cuts to inside the UFO and its Michael Jackson talking about how he loves the planet. Then Mr.T show up and says 'no.' Then they leave.

We used Adobe After Effects to edit this stock clip of a DJ and make it out to be a intro to a video
In the video the song builds up and then when the beat drops and the music kicks in the title shows and the background goes blurry.
The song is called Undercover Martyn- Two Door Cinema Club But I only use about 9 seconds of the songs.
We used a website called Pexels to get the stock footage, it's a free to use website that anyone can use to get stock footage for videos
